ACT WorkKeys

The ACT WorkKeys test is part of the required assessment for all 11th-grade students (or 12th-graders who did not test in 11th grade) in Michigan. This assessment and the M-STEP and SAT are taken in April of each school year. The ACT WorkKeys measure a student’s workplace skills in reading, writing, and math along with a range of hard and soft skills relevant to any occupation, at any level, and across industries. Students who successfully complete the three WorkKeys Assessments, Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents, earn the National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC).
